A comprehensive photovoltaic (PV) energy network is comprised of a PV module lamination assembly plant, large scale power generation plant, advanced battery storage, module certification laboratory, renewable energy center with technology incubator, small electrical vehicles (EV), solar energy universities, humanitarian effort, and implementing distributed solar PV installations with electrical microgrids and communication networks. The first target locations for this system are in African countries.
